1. Service Scope
We provide secure, HIPAA-compliant courier services for laboratory specimens, medical supplies, and temperature-sensitive items throughout Central Ohio.
2. Chain of Custody
QuickFox maintains strict chain-of-custody procedures for all specimens. Any loss, damage, or delay will be documented and reported immediately to the healthcare facility.
3. Pricing & Payment
Our pricing is based on distance, weight, and service type. Payment is due in full at the time of pickup or as agreed in the service contract.
4. HIPAA Compliance
We are committed to HIPAA compliance. All personnel are trained in privacy regulations, and all sensitive health information is handled with absolute confidentiality.
5. Liability
QuickFox Medical Logistics is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our courier services. We recommend that healthcare providers maintain their own insurance.
